Our Approach
The safety culture of Baker Energy Services has been paramount to the success of the company. Baker Energy Services holds an approved rating from 3rd party verification agencies such as ISNetWorld, PEC, Veriforce, Pipeline Testing Consortium, MEA, WSI LMS, TPS Alert, and Avetta and have been qualified for high-risk MSA’s with multiple customers.
All employees receive industry-standard training and certifications from HSE management before ever setting foot on a jobsite. Baker Energy Services provides safety consulting and training services (PEC, H2S Clear, First Aid/CPR, etc.) for other companies along with providing safety equipment such as air trailers, air packs, and fire extinguisher supply and refills.
Lynette Clawson, C.O.S.S
Lynette is the HSE Manager for Baker Energy Services.
Lynette joined the Baker Energy Services team in February of 2021. In her role, she is responsible for the design, implementation, communication and coordination of all HSE programs. Additionally, she provides technical and administrative direction on all HSE decisions. Lynette has provided safety specific services in the oil and gas industry with clients in the Bakken for over 10 years. Lynette is a Certified Occupational Safety Specialist (C.O.S.S.), and her team provides safety course training and certifications at each of our three facilities. Lynette's numerous years of industry experience enhances safe operations at all levels of the organization and continuously improve and develop HSE programs through policies, procedures, HSE handbooks, account administration, and OSHA guidance.
